Correct me if I'm wrong, My guess on this Q is there are main 5 key elements on it. 1) Passion 2) Strategy 3) Capabilities 4) Customer 5) Resources . 1) Passion- You become E because you like what you prefer(like) to do, NOT A FUCKING SLAVE in the system that just feed you & pay the endless bills. You "already" passinate on what you do when you are E.
2) Strategy- You run your own com. & all you need to do is make sure com. went Blue on the profit. Strategy like understand the psychology of your customer behavior.....Handling objection......Closing techniques...etc
3) Capabilities- You just have to have this! With great responsibilities, come with great power(capabilities)!!!
4) Customer- Have to sourceful & good at people skills. Be a good listener, be Empathize, Find out the needs & concerns of C, Fast Respond to C & last is Validate, So can get C feedback if response was adequate.
5) Resources- Wide in people networking especiallly among the RICH. It's much more easy to earn from them compared the ordinary. Be Friendly........etc. Anyway, you just have to!

GM Bankruptcy? To Be or Not?

Almost certain bankruptcy for GM now. Last trade at USD 0.75 . Drop estimated 33% of share value from the last trade day! A BUY or a SELL?
Still remember CITIGROUP INC(NYSE: C) at USD 0.97? Or AIG at USD 0.33? They are like 300- 500% more value then the WORSE time now! Just in the time like within 3 month!
Till now, GM is still working its way out of bankruptcy & looks like it may file for court protection on June 1
Its all depend on the automaker how could they reshape their businesses as they attempt to become viable once again.
Hopefully GM can be cleared a couple of key roadblocks toward the road of "Freedom". Cheers

As per my previous post (March 1, 2009) . CITI is in trouble & trade at USD 1.51. Imagine, put your space money in CITI at that time. How many percent return of your hard-earned money? It's 133% !!! Time like within 3 month. Superb & Attractive Trade like the 3 ladies at your right! Yeah ! Bloody SEXY Trade!!!
Why on earth my support on CITI as BUY is nothing less then a SIMPLE reason = The market share on US Banking.
Before Sub-prime, US Banking is dominant by big players like Lehman Brothers, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac ...etc. Now they are gone. When the recovering time is come, CITI is the one who gain the full benefit from it!
My target selling price? USD 20 in 2 years time. Just my guess. I believe it's a lucky ones!

Angels & Demons

It's a book. Now a movie! Best of all. It's not a 4 hour movie! Not a book lover but a hell deal of changes from the book to the movie. The pacing of this movie is much faster than the Davinci code!
But of course, Many things were trimmed. ...... :( And change too! Like How Leonardo Vetra was found is also different in the end of the movie.
Maybe this is the motivation for reading the book to get the full details of the story. Some minor details are also cut from it.

Public Bank always in the winner mode infront of the eyes of investor, shareholder & customer. High devident, High ROE, Low NPL......etc is what Public Bank stand for.
FYI, Public bank recorded average 10%+ grow of the capital over pass 20 yrs. Amazing result ! Yet "Steady"...at an unbelievable trend.
Pbb, 1295 recent disappointed drop in shares price inply "something". Something maybe similar to the Bernard Madoff's case? Maybe. I said Maybe......
Something very suspicious here :
1) Their "fund management", We called it Mutual, Almost always be one of their top 3 holdings over "Mother's equities". Can this be done SC? Corporate integrity & Conflict of interest not an issues?
2) How the hell the NPL is so slow while others is high? Logical? - MBB's NPL > 10%. Gap is too big! Mainly Pbb's customer is Chinese - Good at payment generally. But, the gap is still not logical to me.
3) Transparency of the Mutual Fund. No 3rd party investment advisers allowed to "kacau" the management.
Afterall, I still a fan of PBB. Overall GOOD SERVICES from them in almost every single aspect! My housing loan is from PBB. Ha..... Great Weekend everybody.

Roubini believe the best way to go is to fully Nationalizing Citi and Bank of America! He claims that nationalizing is the only way to fix & "half" nationalizing kind like "Half-Pregnant". You just can't do that! He believe Full Nationalization is more market friendly.
Talking about the price of CITIgroup Inc, a sharp drop of 92.05% from the very peak to 1.51 now! Lot of people "die" for this. Bloody hell!
Hopefully US Govt. get the BEST from the committed $9 Trillion for rescue of their financial system! Go Obama !

Ponzi Scheme

Italian, Charles Ponzi is the "Root" of this evil "investment plan". Recent Bernard Madoff's case is the classic one. Estimation around USD 500 Billion just disappear into the thin air because of this Ponzi scheme. What's that anyway?
A fraudulent investment operation that pays returns to investors from their own money or money paid by subsequent investors rather than from profit. Sound familiar? Lampe Berger, Herbalife, Amway?......etc
An example? A poor guy need to buy a box of cigatette(whatever). He borrow 100 from friend. He promise return 120 in a mth. When the date is due. He did the same on the other friend & the borrowing is increase to 120. This is just to pay off the first friend's borrowing. then the return of the second borrowing is 140(maybe higher).
He use to pay off the previous borrowing everytime from the fresh one. Yet the "high return" is able to be fullfill. So everybody is more then happy to lend him money.
However, till a certain time of period. He can't affort to pay anymore.
If you look back on the property in recent year. Is this the same case?
When property at the bullish signal. Banks lend you money. Tons of loan is ready to "give away". Just come "grab it".
But when the price of property drop, banks are high on NPL (Non-performing loan), ....etc. then people starts realise. All this while just an illusions for all this shit! Damn........Maybe this is a good reminder that, house is the place to live, not for "goreng".

Kuala Kangsar- The Royal City

A well preserved old Royal Town where its serenity and its well-maintained old palaces are worth a mention. Recently KK at the highlight again when a "special" inccident on Feb 6 2009.
KK is the place where the FIRST rubber trees are planted & the OLDEST Rubber Trees is still alive on the ground just outside the gates of the museum.
Early 1900's, this tree makes a significant changes to the course of Malaysia's economy!
Resident of Perak of that time, encouraged the growth of rubber trees as the car industry expanded rapidly in the west.
Soon jungles were converted into plantations, and many areas that were once virgin forests were open for commercial use.

Have to recapitalization by US government for the toxic assets. Else, Merging two "zombie banks" is like have two drunks trying to help each other to stand up. Abang Adik!
