Yet Investors continued selling, sending the major indexes down more than 2 percent. Traders on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange(NYSE) paused at times to watch the inauguration ceremony and Obama's remarks, but the transition of power didn't erase investors' concerns about the struggling economy.
Trading volume fell during the ceremony while whole nation wanna be part of this historical moment on the square tube.

Victorious Rakyat

Kuala Terengganu by-election is the event where the effect of political tsunami still takes place! Rakyat is "wake up" now from thier 50 yrs sound sleep & make 17/01/09 a victorious day!
9.29pm: The Election Commission's officer announced that PAS is the winner & PAS has won the Kuala Terengganu by-election with a 2,631-vote!
After the bloody defeat, BN has organised a 35-table buffet dinner outside the Terengganu's Mentri Besar residence before Deputy Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak call a press conference. Most of them are unoccupied!
With this win, Pakatan Rakyat now has 82 seats in Parliament. BN meanwhile has 137 seats and the remaining 3 seats are held by independents.
I can listen the sound of crying earlier when many voters are fed up with the bloody UMNO's corruption over Terengganu!(Monsoon Cup....etc) I think they are stop crying now.

Labu De Airport

Do we needs two airports located within 10km of each other? My answer is NO!
Why on earth need to spend the bloody taxpayer's money on the
newly approved airport in Labu? Where the hell is Labu? 10KM away from KLIA? Sound really retarded for me to the person who come out with the idea! Perhaps, he is smart!......
Here some points that this "Labu" should stop:
1) Safety- its location is dangerously close to busy KLIA & LCCT in Sepang with a straight-line distance of only 10 km between them when ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organisation) Strictly recommends that the min.distance between two airports should be at least 40 km!
2) Costly- KLIA East @Labu'll cost a total of almost RM244 million for the sake of the use of AirAsia?
3) LCCT- How about LCCT? Abandoned? Or turn it to the movie scene for Cicak Man 3? 4 OR 5? Maybe "Jangan Pandang Belakang 3"? Or "Rempit 4"?
4) KLIA- After 11 yrs of operations, is still under-utilised. Then why we need another "Labu"? In the name of "Greed"? Amen?

Marathon- Run For Your Life

The marathon is a "long-distance foot race" with an official distance of 42.195KM that is usually run as a road race.
Don't you know that marathon was one of the original modern Olympic events in 1896 & till now.
For me, LIFE is a Marathon & SUCCESS is about REACHING THE ANOTHER END.
I love Marathon! Because no matter who you are, you're smart, tall, fat, race, your religion, stupid, educated, etc....You have to start in the SAME STARTING LINE!
Marathon started in a group of people & FINISHED BY A FEW. Most of them'll give up for their reason. Tired, injured, lazy,or just give up...etc
To me, the wonder of Marathon is the "runner" NEED NO ANY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT to join for it compared other sports. Basketball, Tall? Golf, Rich?
Marathon is so "simple"- Just run, yet most of the runners- Ordinary people'll give up half way.
Can we be the extraordinary few? JUST RUN FOR IT.

Source said a possible 25 basis point cut on OPR (overnight policy rate) from current 3.25%. It's mean the cost of fund is lowered! It's mean your FD's interest(Fixed Deposit) is getting lesser! It's mean the BLR(Base Lend Rate) is getting lower! It's mean your housing loan is paid off faster!

This action take place in view of current bad global economy & a boost to consumer spending. (Hopefully)

This move may result in a loss of approximately Rm 1.5 Billion of company's cashflow!

Stunning 2 days rally on KLCI enter into the year 09 on a strong note as traders feel "positive"& "believe" the good day is finally arrive!

Will this is another technical rebound or the subprime's wolve is finally bury into the deep hell? We will see....
Techinically this 2 days rally mainly because of the platation stock. IOI, SIME......CPO is maintaining its momentum at about 1730 and finished at 1740, up RM 45, on the first trading day of 09 as good exports and strong crude oil offered support. (Crude Oil now at 47.42 USD/Barrel)
With the higher exports especially to China. CPO is expected to continue its upward momentum & trade within 1700-1900 levels (That's what I believe la)
Kindly put the consideration of ‘not so good’ current economic outlook as well(Ford Motor Co. just says its U.S. sales plummeted 32 percent in December 08....etc). Money hard to earn.........Ka Kong Chai, teng gan shok la !

Ip Man

Awesome is the word from my lip after watching it- Ip Man !
This movie is from Hong Kong’s dynamic duo, Wilson Yip and Donnie Yen! All scene is impressive to me ! Esp the fighting part ! Donnie Yen is damn fxxking "cool" !
Beside the HK's dynamic duo, Hiroyuki Ikeuchi play a good role as a "bad guy". His fighting scene with Donnie Yen at the end of the movie rocks me!
Simon Yam is great in the movie as a "businessman". He just simply the Best as a supporting actor in this movie. I tell you bro, He’s one of my favorite actors! List goes on like Lau Ching Wan , Tony Leong, Andy Lau.......
After watching it, I kind like wanna learn Wing Chun. Why not?
Now I have deeper understanding on how hard Chinese people's life when Japan war with China last time. Thanks to Ip Man! Here we show our respect to HIM! Rest in Peace.

I love Pablo Picasso! House in a Garden is one of my love on the legend. The Original painting is now at The Hermitage, St. Petersburg, Russia. I wish I could go there witness with my bare eyes on this masterpiece!
Born on October 25, 1881, in Málaga, Spain. He is a son of an academic painter, José Ruiz Blasco.
1895 the family moved to Barcelona, and Picasso studied there at La Lonja, the academy of fine arts. It's crucial to his early artistic development over there.
Picasso’s first exhibition took place in Barcelona in 1900, then he went to Paris for the first of several stays during the early years of the century. Picasso settled in Paris in April 1904, and his circle of friends soon included Guillaume Apollinaire, Max Jacob, Gertrude and Leo Stein, as well as two dealers, Ambroise Vollard and Berthe Weill.
His death on April 8, 1973 & here we enjoy his masterpiece- House in a Garden.

My hood is named as BOLEHLAND. It's come with the meaning of a land that everything can be happen! It did ! Here some list :
1) We "Bolehlanders" are selling "durian-King of fruits", but when we eat it"the durian". We have to pay higher price!! P/S: Bolehlander's leader cut the price from the peak rm2.70 to rm 1.80 now. So cherish abit la people.....but "others" buy at rm 1.40 now la.......WTF?
2) School place close down because of "traffic & noises" ? Some where in D'sara few year back. Oh......""Traffic & NOISES"? Very "Sensetive" issues on "certain day"........So any call on that? Anybody?
