吸引外資新措施‧廢除外資委員會就部份經濟活動所制定的條例
股權收購與公司合併
1.廢除一切就股權併購所制定的指南，即日生效；
2.外資委員會不再處理股票交易，也不就股票交易制定條件；
3.外資委員會不再處理產業交易，除非有關交易“侵蝕”土著或政府權益；
4.一切由不同領域管理者所制定的投資條例將持續實行；5.上市公司不必再遵守上市後的股權條例。初次發股上市時，有關公司只需遵守證券監督委員會制定的公眾持股權限制。
上市公司集資程序
1.從前，要上市的公司必須遵守證監會制定的25%公眾持股權限制及外資委員會制定的30%土著股權限制；如今，後者已廢除；
2.證監會的25%公眾持股權保持不變；然而，在這25%公開讓投資者認購的股票中，50%必須由土著認購；
3.外資委員會不再於公司上市後制定其他條例，除非交易涉及倒置收購或後門上市活動。
產業買賣
1.日後，外資委員會只處理那些會減少土著利益（當土著把產業賣給非土著）及政府利益的產業交易。不過，這也只涉及價值超過2000萬令吉的產業交易；
2.所有其他產業交易不再須要獲得外資委員會的批准；
3.外國人購買產業的門檻提高至50萬令吉；
4.外國人在購買產業前，不必獲得外資委員會批准；
5.州政府有權制定其他條例；
6.以上措施足以提高產業交易的透明度，同時減少繁文縟節。
放寬基金管理領域的限制
1.全面開放大型基金管理領域，讓來馬運作的合格基金管理公司擁有100%股權；
2.信託基金管理公司的外國股權限制從目前的49%提高至70%。
開放證券行外國公司在本地證券行的持股權從目前的49%提高至70%。
設立國民股權公司（Ekuinas）
1.以5億令吉設立國民股權公司，此公司的資本將在日後逐步提高至100億令吉；
2.它將投資於高速成長的公司，以支撐大馬的新經濟模式；
3.它將與私人界一起進行投資，以反映政府通過商業途徑來打造真正的商業夥伴關係，確保土著的商業活動以績效為主；
4.它將與其他現有的基金相輔相成。

Maximum 150 years in prison is given to Madoff by the U.S. District Judge Denny Chin, handed down the sentence in New York on Monday.
My advice on him? Go watch Prison Break before get in there.
