Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ)

A 1,000-acre (4.0 km2) Regional Industrial Park and Integrated Free Industrial Zone providing commercial and industrial area, we called it PKFZ.
What's GREAT about PKFZ?
1) Investment incentives- Tax exemptions on most products and/services, industrial allowances, 100% foreign equity?, 100% repatriation of capital and profits, incentives for R&D, training and export....blah, blah, blah
2) Location- As Hubs of transportation of AIR (KLIA) & SEA ( Near to Northport and West Ports in Port Klang)
3) Smart Deal- A purchased of 1,000 acres (4.0 km2) of Pulau Indah land from Kuala Dimensi S/B @ RM25 psf for a total consideration of RM1.8 billion (inclusive of interest)!!! Kuala Dimensi made a capital gain of RM 993 million because it had purchased the land from Pulau Lumut Development Cooperative Bhd for only RM 95 million! (RM 3 psf). Minister of Transport saw fit to reject the Attorney-General's view that the land could be acquired for "public purpose" under the Land Acquisition Act @RM10 psf! That's all? Please check PricewaterhouseCoopers External Auditor Report. Long story to tell, moreover it's sad story...at lease for POOR taxpayer like me!
4) Long Term Investment?- It could be a potential RM12.5 billion head on South for PKFZ & more to come?
Last, What's RM 12.5 Billion to you mate? 1) 14x Penang Bridge? 2) 60x KLCC? 3) An average RM 463 for everyone when total Malaysian is estimated around 27 Million people. 4) 12.5x Hospital @ RM1 Billion cost each? 5) 125x Sek. Keb. CINA at RM10 Million cost each? 6) 310,2500x unit of "Low-Cost" @ cost of RM 40K each? 7) Or 15x Bukit Jalil Stadium? Cool?
沒有人在乎到底浪費了多少錢! 還有多少可浪費. 暴政之所以可以持續, 很大原因在於人民不覺得事情的嚴重! 我們總是很阿Q- 自己騙自己
